Most provinces only charge registration fees and not personal property taxes , which is what the Montana LLCs are set up to avoid (since they are taxing your car generally at the same rate as your house taxes) . I would say it would help? As long as you had a Tim Hortons travel mug and a GPS set for Florida, no cop would ever question it...
